Return Policy

Returns are free within the continental US. Click HERE to begin your return process. Please read eligible requirements below.

Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds are provided in the form of a SoleClassics.com Gift Card, which can be used at-once or at a later time.

We offer a 14 day return for eligible merchandise from the time it was fulfilled. Refunds are provided in the form of Sole Classics Gift Cards. Must have original receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was fulfilled, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not tape or alter the packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges on launch product, quick strike product or promotional goods. We also do not accept exchanges or returns on sale or discounted product.
